Join us on 6/14/22 for another divine pairing of cacao and sound medicine held on the evening of this month’s super full moon. This will be a beautiful opportunity to gather in supportive community to enjoy a time of inner reflection. As we honor the adventurous energy of Sagittarius, we’ll set our intentions on what we want to release from our lives in order to expand our horizons in the coming month.

The experience will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony led by Maya Moon followed by a cleansing gong bath with Lindsey Roach. The steady ripple of vibrations shift the brainwaves into the lowest frequencies, allowing the body to transition into deep states of relaxation. The multidimensional spectrum of harmonics produced by gongs allow them to become powerful tools for meditation that promote the release of energetic and emotional blockages, acting as a recalibration for your cells.

Lindsey Roach is a certified sound healing and reiki practitioner who loves holding space for others to tap into their own vibrant inner light and heart song. She is passionate about creating cosmic sound experiences that journey deep and nurture awakening; trusting that all feelings and sensations surface and unfold exactly as intended for each listener. She joyfully guides others in quieting their mind and relaxing into their bodies, allowing them to shift into the expansiveness of the present moment through the power of vibration. She’s profoundly connected to her gongs and uses a wide variety of other instruments and sound tools to form a diverse and all-encompassing blanket of transformative sound.
