The Spring Equinox marks the turning point between winter & spring — the initiation into a time of rebirth, renewal, and regeneration. In honoring the turning of seasons by gathering together in celebration & ceremony, we align our inner cycles to the greater cycles of Earth’s wisdom.

Whether you burst into spring or slowly slide into the new season, join us to celebrate the changing of seasons and empower us as we step into the new.

Surrounded by florals in a cozy cafe, we’ll share some introductions over a cup of cacao. A guided embodiment exercise will ground us into our bodies to prepare for the sound activation – an experience that aligns your thoughts, your words, and your emotions to your highest vibrational self. The evening will close with astro insights on the current cycles happening in the cosmos, connecting our personal selves & Spirits to the collective energies surrounding us.

Bring with you:

• a yoga mat, along with any other comfy items, to lay on during sound healing

• an eye mask, to cover your eyes during sound bath (optional)

• any small items you wish to place on the altar to charge during the ritual
