About Jaclyn Miles:
I am an inspired and spirited yoga teacher originally from Canada. I started practicing yoga around 15 years ago and teaching now for almost 11. I started for the physical benefits but stayed for everything else. To me yoga is a reconnection; a deeper dive into ourselves and a bringing together of each other. A practice to get back to our roots and our natural rhythm. To remind ourselves - we are warriors, we are creators, we are magic.
I have 3 - 200hour teachings under my belt. 1 in Ashtanga, 1 in Vinyasa and 1 in Sivatantra, as well as many amazing teachers who have guided me along the way. All of which have shaped me and helpme grow. I continue to always be a student because there is so much more to learn.
My classes are energetic, playful and will get you flowing, but at the same time remind you to be present and slow down with focus on the breath, to nourish the soul.
