  • Coming anew

  • Earth, nature, ancestors

  • Heightened kundalini energy

The event will include a heart-opening cacao ritual, guided meditation and crystal sound healing. Bring a yoga mat and blanket to relax into deep meditation.

Kinsey O’Leary, owner of The Sound Space, is a sound therapist, Reiki master, mentor, teacher and host.

After completing her B.S. Biochemistry and Cell Biology at UC San Diego, Kinsey specialized in biomarker analysis. Always feeling a call towards a greater understanding of the natural world and human experience, she transitioned to teaching meditation classes and a variety of alternative healing modalities. Today, through The Sound Space, Kinsey helps to bridge the gap between art, science, and spirituality.

Kinsey and The Sound Space host sound bath experiences that are used to tune the brain into alpha and theta brainwave states. In these states, listeners are able to let go of stress, enter states of deep meditation, and create an internal state for healing and regeneration throughout the body.
