Kristen Gautreaux, founder of The Kaleidoscope Method and business analyst, is skilled in creating simple solutions that empower women to break through the barriers of overwhelm in business. She increases productivity and efficiency through organization and automation of project, client, and time management. Prior to starting her business, Kristen worked as the Advisor to the President of a women-owned national engineering firm doing business analytics and managing continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise. After a decade of supporting high-level executives, she has learned that with the right mindset, a bit of patience, and the right team, anything is possible. Kristen is a native of South Louisiana but currently resides in San Diego, California. She values hard work as much as she values play and incorporates self-love and fun into her Fridays, coining the term and trend she has created “Self Love Friday”. She is committed to being the woman who shows up with an open mind, listens, works with patience and creativity, and makes dreams of simplicity a reality.
