With additional trainings in Yoga, DJing, Embodied Leadership, and Sacred Sexuality, Sarah's unique style of holding space allows you freedom to feel the full spectrum of human experience.
Rebecca is a Certified Life Coach, Integrative Trauma Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and 200hr Yoga Teacher. With a vision of creating a world where everyone feels safe to express their truth and reach their fullest potential, Rebecca has guided hundreds of students in various settings including coaching containers, women’s circles, yoga classes, and specially-curated events and retreats. As an Energy & Somatic Coach, she helps people overcome self-doubt, fear, and perfectionism to achieve holistic well-being and self-empowerment, guiding them to uncover their soul’s desires and connect with their intuition for a more fulfilling and authentic life.
